PAIN! It puts a “Cramp” in life!

PAIN! It puts a “Cramp” in life!

Being in Alternative Health now for 30-some years, I have had great success treating pain naturally. I will outline some of these successful pain management actions here for those of you suffering.

What Not to Do

If you can help it, I do not recommend any drugs of any kind. This includes Advil, Tylenol, prescription drugs and the like.

Why?

Wrong cause, wrong treatment.

If you were fixing your car and the mechanic missed the real problem only to repair something else, you would continue to have the problem (as well as the additional expense and aggravation).

In the body, pain does not persist due to a lack of pain-killers.

Rather, drugs have very toxic by-products. These can actually trigger more pain and other conditions.

So Rule #1, avoid all drugs as much as possible.

(If your condition is exceptionally severe, I understand the need for medicating it. But if you apply the steps below you’ll see your body will respond and the need for drugs will lessen greatly).

Pain Management 101–Natural Remedies

My favorite pain controller is Epsom Salts. Epsom is a magnesium-based “salt” that you mix in a fairly hot bath.  Soaking your body for 20 mins with 2-4 cups of Epsom is one of the best remedies I can think of.

The key is to get enough Epsom in the water. You can soak several times per week if need-be.

Be sure to drink a lot of water after an Epsom bath. It will help flush out the bad toxins that can result in pain and stiffness

You can get a boat-load of Epsom Salts for cheap at any drugstore. My fav is Costco–a huge bag is around $4!

Nutrition For Pain

Yes, there are vitamins that work wonders for pain. Here are a few to get you started:

1. D3: A Vit D3 deficiency can result in nasty pain. You can get your Vitamin D checked at your doctor. Should be over 50. Most patients I have checked are below 20!

 2. Omega krill oil: This is a potent pain-buster. I had a rotator-cuff injury that I thought I’d need surgery for. But before I went ahead with the surgery, I thought I’d give the natural alternatives a go first. I took increased dosages of Omega krill and voila! my pain resolved enough where I was able to rehab the shoulder without surgery.  Today I am as strong as I have ever been.

3. Vitamin C: Vitamin C is a natural anti-inflammatory. I’d recommend dosing up to 4000-5000 mg of it a day. You may ask, why so much? Well, the human body is 1 of only 4 mammals that does not make its own Vitamin C. My small terriers make upwards of 4000-5000 mg per day of Vitamin C, and while us humans are stuck here making 0, it is imperative that we make up for what we naturally don’t have and then some.

I hope this helps you with your pain.  You deserve to feel good–naturally!
